A new year doesn’t have always have to start with the thought that you are going to exercise more and eat better. Honestly, that’s a great goal but sometimes a steep hill to climb, think of it like a running start..could be too much too fast. Hand in hand, focusing on those two life goals and activities would pan out for a great beginning to 2019 however, you can also aim for a softer and more gentler start. Something within the spirit of creative visualization or an immediate tangible outcome that would instantly make you feel a bit better is a good start also. For example, how about focusing on paying more attention to your five senses. Seeing, hearing, touching, tasting and smelling.
