Grief and Loss
Many people struggle with feelings of sadness and loss following the death of a loved one.
If you have recently lost a family member, spouse or companion, the JFS Grief and loss group can help. At JFS, we recognize that each individual experiences grief differently. We discuss how to cope with your feelings and help you to begin the process of healing. You will gain comfort from the community; support from psychological insight; coping strategies from shared experience; and friendship from others who are dealing with their own losses.
