FACTS Program
Families Affected by COVID-19 Transition Services
COVID-19 has caused significant negative financial and psychosocial effects in our community. Jewish Family Services of Greenwich FACTS program seeks to improve the functional level of families over a 90-day period through case management services. Our staff will provide targeted support to meet established goals uniquely created with the family and FACTS Case Manager.
Through direct service and collaboration with community partners we provide individual/family counseling, career counseling/resume building, emergency financial assistance or other supportive services. Our goal is to restore independence for families that have suffered due to economical and/or psychological effects of the pandemic in our area.
Criteria:
- Families of 2 or more.
- Flexibility to meet either virtually or in person twice a month with Caseworker(s).
- Agree to provide documents/documentation, as needed.
- Low to Moderate income by HUD (Housing and Urban Development) criteria.
- Commitment to focus on established goals to move family functioning forward in positive ways.
