Families Affected by COVID-19 Transition Services
COVID-19 has caused significant negative financial and psychosocial effects in our community. Our staff will provide targeted support to meet established goals uniquely created with the family and FACTS Case Manager.
Through direct service and collaboration with community partners we provide individual/family counseling, career counseling/resume building, emergency financial assistance or other supportive services. Our goal is to restore independence for families that have suffered due to economical and/or psychological effects of the pandemic in our area.
