Now that your last child has moved out, what you going to do with yourself?
When your last child leaves home, you may find an opportunity to reinvent yourself…but it can be challenging to find ways to occupy your newfound free time. Sometimes it’s difficult to reconnect with your spouse and adjust to a different relationship with your adult child/children. What can be most problematic is the lack of sympathy from people who believe you should be happy when your children leave. Together we will find constructive ways to address these challenges through lively discussions and sharing with others who are dealing with similar issues.
