Do you or a loved one need help with household chores like changing a light bulb or hanging a picture?
Everyone needs a little help sometimes! JFS provides a free Chore Assistance and Carpentry Service to Greenwich residents, aged 60 and up. Volunteers help Greenwich seniors with simple chores such as hanging a picture, replacing a light bulb, or turning a mattress. We can also provide a carpenter to install grab bars, repair a broken window, or build a wheelchair ramp. In winter, volunteers are available to shovel your front walk after a snowstorm. If you are in need of these services, please contact us and we will connect you with a well-trained volunteer who can assist you.
